Why I Fly Hawaiian Airlines To and From Las Vegas

I'm sitting here at the airport in Las Vegas (the 9th island of Hawaii) and wishing I was using Hawaiian Airlines to come home.

Instead I'm using American (which is late right now) with a bunch of free miles I accumulated over 3 years using a miles credit card.

Next week I'm going back to Hawaiian miles program. Why? 767 instead of 757 which means much better seats in 1st class, terminal 2 arrival and departure out of Las Vegas which means shorter security line on return trip. Terminal 1 in Vegas has security lines that look like you're in line to get on a ride at Disneyland. Long. Plus you have to ride the tram to and from airplane.

One trip on American reminds me why I love Hawaiian. Now that I've flown both to Las Vegas I can say hands down that Hawaiian is my preferred choice from now on.
