Sunday Drive Part 3 Kohala Mountain Road

I never like to back track so we took Hwy 190? from Hawi over Kohala mountain road into Wiamea. When there is no vog it's a very spectacular view. It's looks over Kawaihae harbor all the way to Kona practically. The elevation from the look outs is about 3000 feet.

Visibility was lousy yesterday, but we did get this photo of cactus that you will see in the paniolo country of Kohala and Wiamea.
