Just decorated from top to bottom with all new Tommy Bahama-style tropical furnishings and tropical art. Lots of teak and bamboo, as well as special touches such as teak floors and glass vessel sink.
3 BR + den with sleeper sofa /2.5 BA, with every amenity. Large Pool. 4 TV's including 62" Big Screen TV. 3 DVD players, 4 CD players. Hammock, Tiki Bar, large kitchen with Cuisinart appliances and cookware. High thread count sheets, thick and thirsty towels. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably.
This is a great home for 2-4 couples, or 1-2 families. Even couples will be comfortable here, and for less than a nice (but small) hotel room.
View Views Views Amazing 180 degree ocean view.
Walk through the front door, and instantly you are captivated by one of the best views in all of Hawaii !
This isn't the view from one corner of the yard, this is the view from almost every room in the house! Every bedroom, the living room, dining room, kitchen and all lanais have this incredible view! Underground utilities ensures there are no power lines to block your view.
You can even see the whitewater when the surf is high! And night is just as good, with the city lights of Kailua-Kona.
Location Location Location At 660 feet, this is considered by most to be the perfect elevation because it is warm enough to know you're in Hawaii, but doesn't get too hot. (We have 5 ceiling fans, but you may never need them!) And it's almost always sunny here.
Located between Kailua-Kona and Keauhou, convenient to both. This is a great location for experiencing the island, from the great beaches to the North, to Kealakekua Bay and the Volcano to the South.
In 5 minutes you can be in Kailua Town (with its pier, restaurants, art galleries and shopping), upscale Keauhou, or at the famous Kahaluu Beach Park (snorkeling beach with turtles) and Disappearing / Magic Sands Beach. Keauhou and the new Sheraton are equally close.
I sure miss my Kona friends, but when I'm not there, you can live my life at Kona View House! Mahalo Cindi
