There is an auto repair shop here locally that is running ads in the paper advertising that they can install an aftermarket kit that uses hydrogen that will improve your fuel mileage.
Here are what the engineers have to say:

Hopefully the state will investigate this. But I won't hold my breath. This is why I'm listing the above links so folks can read up on the topic and make an informed decision.
