Help with Where to stay - Please!

by Ross
(Calgary)

Hi!
I need lots of help! We are looking to come to Kona but need help with where to stay.
We are wanting a resort/hotel that has all the amenities that you get with such BUT we need something that has 2 bedrooms (or 3), 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen as we have a 3 year old that needs snacks and drinks (and I don't want to run to a hotel restaurant every half hour and pay for that!).
We have stayed at the Ho'Olei in Maui which is associated with the Grand Wailea and was beyond perfection. We have also stayed at the Waipouli Beach Resorts associated with the Outrigger chain and it was great too.
We are looking for something along these lines and want to try Kona for this trip - can anyone out there help?
Much appreciated!

We've stayed at Kona Coast Resort condos and were very satisfied. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in June 2010. While we don't have small children I did see families with small children. I have booked another stay in November with an average rate of $100.00/day including taxes.

You should check out VRBO.com.. Vacation rentals by owners. Rates and accomodations are much better than you will find at a hotel. Check it out, you will be impressed. Aloha..
