I wanted to make it so that members of Konafriends could have their own web page. After trying it out for a couple of days, it was one of those ideas that looks good on paper but difficult to make simple with the current way this site is built. I could see a snow ball forming that would ultimately run me over.

So what I did was make the members page simple. If you want to post something about you or Hawaii in general, knock yourself out. If you want to just post here. That's OK too.

I like the idea of creating a page that is unique to each member but in reality it creates a lot of work that I simply don't have time to maintain. I'm currently studying webvideo and trying to build another site that is a real business and have to devote a large part of my evening to that until I am successful.
