For your private jet, Air Services Hawaii here on the big island is run by my friend Tim Elliott.

He's a great guy that will make you laugh a lot. His wife Cathy is in management at the Fairmont Orchid Resort. They have two teenage daughters Crystal and Rachel.

I met Tim about 5 years ago through my wife Eila. We've had Thanksgiving dinner at their house or Cathy's dad Tom's home practically ever year since.

I used to think all Tim did out at the airport was fuel the planes and sit around playing cards waiting for the next arrival or departure. Boy was I wrong. Turns out he's like the airport Concierge for the elite.

He and his crew handle catering, transportation on the island, coordinating Customs for overseas arrivals, entertaining the crew and a lot of other stuff.
